Fumio CHIBA’s Profile


Born in 1949
After leaving the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Letters, Waseda University, he completed his doctorate at the University of Paris I.
He was a Professor at the Faculty of Letters, Arts and Sciences at Waseda University and is now Professor Emeritus.
